Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

We believe in transparent and customer-friendly service. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Products Eligible for Return
Only the following product is eligible for return:
- Nature Universal Majoun – 1 Month Course

2. Non-Returnable Products
- Nature Universal Majoun – 10 Days Course (Tester Course)
- All other herbal products
- Items damaged due to customer misuse

3. Return Conditions
- Request return within 10 days of delivery
- Product must be returned in acceptable condition
- Delivery Charges (Rs. 500) are non-refundable
- Customer must return the product via courier

- Refund processed within 3–5 business days after inspection

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Refusing the parcel may still incur courier charges.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product Policy
Report within 24 hours with photos/videos and order details. Replacement will be arranged after verification.
